Terms of service
Projects begin once scope and price are agreed in writing. Each custom scene includes the revision rounds listed on the pricing page; additional revisions are billed at the script doctoring rate. Turnaround estimates begin after the initial consultation and any requested materials have been received.
On completion and receipt of payment, clients receive full performance rights to their commissioned scene — to rehearse, film, and use it in a demo reel, on casting platforms, and in auditions. Blue Merrick retains authorship of the script and BlueMoon Writing requests writing credit whenever the work is shared publicly.
Privacy
Information you share — your name, email, reel links, and anything discussed during a consultation — is used solely to write and deliver your project. It is never sold or shared with third parties. Project files and correspondence are retained so that future work can build on past collaboration; you may request deletion at any time by email.
This site does not run advertising trackers.
